The Toms River Student Loan Fund is currently accepting applications. We will be taking applications each spring. That window will open May 1st and stay open till the end of August.
Students who have graduated from the Toms River Regional Schools may be eligible for a student loan. Undergraduates and Graduates may be eligible for a $2500 loan each year.

1st Time Loan Applicants:
1) Pick up an application at any of the 3 Toms River High School guidance offices or click on the loan form link at the bottom of these instructions and print it out.
2) Fill out the form completely and return that form along with a copy of your most recent transcript with your most recent GPA to any of the 3 high school guidance departments or to John Green, Director of Student Services at 54 Washington St., Toms River.
3) If this is your first loan, you will be contacted to set up an interview.
Returning Loan Applicants:
1) You can only apply once a year, make sure that it has been a year since your last TRSLF loan was granted.
2) Pick up an application at any of the 3 Toms River High School guidance offices or click on the loan form link at the bottom of these instructions and print it out.
3) Fill out the form completely and return that form along with a copy of your most recent transcript with your most recent GPA to any of the 3 high school guidance departments.
4) No interview is necessary.
